A lot of people are poor because of myths or wrong assumptions about money. For you to become rich, you have to know the realities and the myths of money making.

Money myths # 1: If I had chosen a lucrative career, I would have been rich.

Reality: There are millionaires in all profession. Anything can make money. You don’t look for a lucrative career; you make your career lucrative.

Money myths # 2: If my parents were rich, I would have made it.

The Basics of Blogging to Niche Markets
Written by Neerj Sidhu
July 03 2008
In the previous article, we discussed how blogs can help you generate traffic for your main website. But what if you don't have another site? Or what if you want your blog to be your main website, the exclusive carrier of your moneymaking ventures?

NicheThis can be achieved, of course. Such is the versatility of web logs.

Standalone blogs are best utilized for online businessmen or women who have decided to pursue what many people call as nicheing. Yes, the word is ungrammatical, but it is a term that many Internet marketers have come to embrace with fondness. Nicheing involves the creation of many sites that cater to particular niches. Niches, of course, are very specialized markets, most of which are so obscure that they do not garner the attention of businesses, hence creating high demands with low supplies. The purpose of nicheing is to find these markets and provide for their needs. These enterprising businessmen would earn through the following ways:

* Creating and eventually selling products that aim to serve the said niches.

* Selling existing products that the said niches need.

* Providing for information that the members of the said niches can access for free, and enrolling the site that contains the information in a Pay Per Click (PPC) program like Google AdSense.

Find Unclaimed Money - Really!

Unclaimed money

Luckily for me, in some ways (I guess) being skeptical has saved me a lot of time, energy, and probably grief.

Add to that the current state of advertising in the world as well as internet advertising and Spam, I get the tiniest bit peeved at someone trying to sell me the same tired scam over and over (I'm laughing - but it's true).

With that said, I hit http://www.missingmoney.com this morning after it came up on one of my Google alerts and would you believe - it's for real!  AND I even found some unclaimed money of my own.

I printed out the claim form and I'll be sending it off to the state of Florida later this morning.

Who knew?

Now - it's not like I'm going to be retiring now, but hey!  What the heck?  (lol - laugh out loud)

It's the only website endorsed by the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators and is run in cooperation with the States.

Best part of it?  It's absolutely and totally FREE!  Yes; that's right!  You don't have to drop fifty bucks just to find out.

Better yet; it's fast and easy.  Easy search page, sent me to the right page of Florida's government website to begin the claim, and start to finish I'd say it took me about 3 minutes.

If I could make that kind of money ALL the time for all the ways I invest my time, I'd be definitely sittin' pretty!

So - go check it out and see if you have an unexpected windfall waiting for you.

One of the things I noticed in the results page is that there's a lot of unclaimed Life Insurance out there, so no matter how cynical you are about "unclaimed money" you may have some realy money coming to you.

Enjoy your weekend, and happy hunting,

Tracy
